Dear Visitors: Greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and welcome to worship at St. Peter's. We are glad you have chosen to worship with us and we hope you will continue to join us in the future. We hope you will take time to acquaint yourself with the information found on our website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask one of the Greeters, Ushers or Pastors. Our office staff is on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please fill out a Visitors' Information Card and return it in the offering plate. This will allow you to receive our monthly mailing as well as give us a record of your visit. We want you to feel comfortable and to know that we are here to serve you, as well as provide you with opportunities to serve. St. Peter's Lutheran Church is affiliated with The American Association of Lutheran Churches (The A.A.L.C.). We are over 80 years old and a congregation of about 1,300 members. We moved from our old site in Elk Grove to our present location in 1987. We also have a Christian Preschool and Day School (PS-8). We understand our mission to be centered in the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All that we do at St. Peter's is done to help in furthering the mission of God's Church on earth.
